In addition to our Isles of Shoals & Portsmouth Harbor Tour, the Star Island Stopover allows guests to voyage out to Star Island and explore the island for 4 hours. Lighthouses, the Oceanic Hotel, and Gosport Harbor are just a few of the many sights that accompany guests on this 7 hour tourist excursion to Star Island.

WXGR 101.5 FM is back aboard the M/V Thomas Laighton in 2010 presenting the monthly WXGR Party Cruise. This Party Ship is held on select dates throughout the summer and features some of the best contemporary and electronic music featured on WXGR. This cruise features live broadcasts, prizes, gift certificates, and all kinds of free stuff!

Reggae on the River is back once again this summer with live reggae music us every Wednesday all summer. This cruise will feature live entertainment, drink specials, prizes and giveaways all brought to you by WXGR 101.5 FM and Landshark Lager.

Guests on this trip will be able to observe many sights and historic landmarks of Historic Portsmouth on this 2 hour excursion within the Greater Piscataqua Region. This tour features live narration from our own historian and is perfect for guests trying to enjoy an excursion and view Historic Portsmouth from a unique perspective.

Join us for the tour that started it all, The Historic Isles of Shoals & Portsmouth Harbor Tour. Little known but historically crucial, the legendary Isles of Shoals, located 9 miles off our coast, are an intriguing archipelago of 9 islands steeped with history. On this tour guests will cruise around the these historic isles as our own Isles of Shoals historian provides you with legends of years past.

Our Star Island Walkabout Tour includes the Isles of Shoals & Portsmouth Harbor Tour and a visit on Star Island. Once arriving to the island, guests will have the option to enjoy a 30 minute guided walking tour of the magnificent island presented by our own Isles of Shoals Historian! Guests on Star Island may also explore the island for the 45 minute time period at their leisure.

This elaborate and extensive guided tour departs from our port into a five hour excursion along the New Hampshire and Maine Seacoast. Encounter the mystique of 5 local lighthouses with tales of brave light keepers, ghosts and paranormal activity, and fierce nor'easters. Relax as our narrator informs you about the many sights Portsmouth Harbor has to offer, including forts, lighthouses, one of the oldest settlements in New England, a robust working waterfront, and several quaint seacoast communities. Then, cruise up the Piscataqua river to Dover Point where some of New England's best foliage can be found all around the Great Bay Wilderness Area.

The Green Alliance and WXGR present the “Green Alliance Funky Fall Foliage Cruise” with funky lounge music and green drink specials and spectacular views up and down Portsmouth Harbor of the colors of fall, all set to lounge music with a special DJ from new Green Alliance Business Partner WXGR 101.5 FM

For the first time in company history, the Isles of Shoals Steamship Company is happy to announce a series of cruises that will be sure to be some of our best yet. The WOKQ Country Cruise will feature local country music acts aboard the M/V Thomas Laighton on select Thursdays this summer.

Cruise the same trading routes as Native Americans, early settlers, and famous captains of the NH Seacoast on this inland river cruise. We will cruise inland on the Piscataqua River to its meeting with the Cocheco and Salmon Falls Rivers. This unique tour offers peaceful views of our world famous New England Foliage and Portsmouth's thriving commercial waterfront.
